  • Free from the top 14 allergens: cereals containing gluten (namely wheat (such as spelt, Khorasan wheat/Kamut), rye, barley, oats, or their hybridised strains), eggs, milk, fish, crustaceans (for example crab, lobster, crayfish, shrimp, prawn), molluscs (for example mussels, oysters, squid), peanuts, tree nuts (namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan, cashews, brazils, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts), sesame seeds, soya, celery and celeriac, mustard, lupin, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at concentration of more than ten parts per million)

  • Storage instruction: Store in a cool dry place in it’s original packaging or in the fridge. It keeps fresh longer if stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

  • To freeze: Freeze pre-cut or whole in an airtight container or freezer bag. Defrost uncovered on room temperature.
